The Presbyterian University of East Africa (PUEA) will hold its 17th Graduation Ceremony physically. Join us as we celebrate innovation, resilience, and the future of our graduates.

Application & Clearance

  • Apply via Student Portal: 7th Oct – 9th Nov 2025
  • Clear all academic and financial obligations before applying.
  • Only cleared students will access graduation link.
  • Contact your Head of Department if the link isn’t active.
Note: Late gown return attracts a fine of Ksh. 1,000 per day.

Guests & Regalia

Each graduand may invite two guests. Visitor cards will be issued with gowns.

Graduation Timeline

  • 7 Oct – 10 Nov: Department & Financial Clearance
  • 1 – 3 Dec: Gown Collection
  • 4 Dec: Rehearsal – 10:00 AM
  • 5 Dec: 🎉 Graduation Ceremony – 8:00 AM
  • 9 – 19 Dec: Return of Gowns
