The Presbyterian University of East Africa (PUEA) will hold the 13th Graduation Ceremony on Friday, 9th December 2022 under the theme, “Finding and rethinking new ways and opportunities in education and Commerce”. The Graduation Ceremony will be held physically at the University Graduation Square in Thogoto, Kikuyu.
Application for graduation and clearance for the 13th Graduation Ceremony will be done online Student portal. Potential graduands who have fulfilled their respective academic programme requirements and have cleared from the University including all financial obligations to PUEA and payment of graduation fees are required to apply for graduation and clearance through the student portal by close of business Friday, 11th November 2022. Only students who have met the graduation requirements will have access to the graduation and clearance application link on their portal. Students who do not have the application links activated on their portal will be required to follow up with their respective Head of Department (HoDs) for clearance before applying online in order to complete the process.

NB: Returning of gowns after the stated deadline will attract a fine of Ksh. 1,000/= per day.
Only two guests will be permitted to accompany graduands. All graduands will be given visitor’s cards when collecting graduation regalia (gowns). The COVID-19 guidelines will be observed.
The Graduation Ceremony will be streamed live via a Local TV station and the University social media platforms.
